Martin Bredemear: Martin is a former Vice President of Security Pacific National Bank having many years experience as an international banker in London specialising in forfaiting and trade finance. He also has experience of project finance in Eastern Europe working for a major Austrian Bank; and of asset protection, as the U.K. Representative of a Caribbean trust and banking group. He has contemporary experience in the coordination of bank syndicates for MENA based major projects Martin is also currently involved in arranging insurance bonds and guarantees, and is particularly interested in financial structures which combine the banking and insurance markets.
Peter Dovey: Peter is the Legal Director of EN and is a qualified solicitor specializing in advising Middle East corporate and high net worth private clients in the areas of UK and international contract law, immigration law, intellectual property and licensing, business establishment in the UK and EEA. Peter also has a broad business experience, having co-founded a company providing, professional services, education and training to solicitor firms in the UK. In addition to his private practice he holds a number of Corporate Board level posts with companies operating internationally across diverse sectors
Paul Hobday: Paul is the Director for Project, Trade and Export Finance and has 30 years experience as a project finance, trade finance and export finance banker, having worked at Chase Manhattan, Creditanstalt, ABSA and most recently as Director of Project, Trade and Export Finance at Royal Bank of Scotland. Pauls experience ranges from large Project Finance deals concluded on behalf of multinationals through to the provision of Trade Finance facilities covering the import and export of consumer products. Paul has extensive experience in working with Export Credit Agencies and other Government departments both in the UK and Europe as well as EXIM Bank in the US.
Nagi Idris: Nagi is Client Relations Director of EN Consulting and has over 13 years experience in business and legal consultancy. He has worked as a Legal Advisor in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and later joined EN Consulting Group in London where he continued to work for public and private clients from the Middle East and North Africa region. Nagi provides a depth of knowledge of Islamic finance and Islamic commercial law as well as the cultural, economic, and business situation of the region. Nagi holds LLB (honours) in Law and is now doing a research degree in London. He is a member of many professional and business associations.
Lloyd Schultz: Lloyd is Director of Corporate Finance and Capital Markets. Lloyd has over 23 years experience in capital markets and corporate finance, having previously held senior management positions at Credit Suisse First Boston and IBJ International. Lloyd has also practiced law with Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton in New York and Latham & Watkins in London. He holds a Juris Doctor (Honours) from the University of Texas School of Law and is a member of the New York Bar.
